In the letter we gave details about the proposed property transfer. We collected feedback and questions that went as a formal report to the Crown Simmons Board.
The Board considered all feedback and approved the transfer. On 15 March 2024 the transfer of Crown Simmons homes to Southern Housing completed.
All Crown Simmons residents were informed in line with section 3 Landlord & Tenant Act 1985 and section 48 Landlord & Tenant Act 1987.
Southern Housing is built on a shared commitment to create communities where everyone has a safe home in a place where they’re proud to live. Find out more about getting involved.
