• Best Development - £5m-£20m
• Best Affordable Housing Development – £10m-£20m
• Best Shared Ownership Development - Urban

Wharf Twenty One, Sussex

Wharf Twenty One, located in Shoreham-by-Sea, has also been shortlisted in the category of Best Shared Ownership Development – Urban/Suburban.

Part of a major regeneration initiative, this exciting development will deliver 587 homes across three phases. Currently in phase two, which is due to complete in early 2026, Wharf Twenty One is helping to transform the area with high-quality, affordable homes and a vibrant new community.
