Once part of Holmhurst St Mary, the site retains its historical charm, including the restoration of a Queen Anne statue.
The development offers 208 affordable homes, with 108 available through Shared Ownership, making it a standout example of accessible housing in the South. A vibrant new community is already forming, with more homes due to complete soon.
