- We’re currently migrating former Optivo residents to the new Online Account.
- If you were previously registered with MyAccount, keep an eye on your inbox – we’ll send you a sign-up email by 2 June.
With Online Account you can:
- View your account balance
- Log and track repairs
- Contact us
Rent payment issue
Please note: Former Optivo residents are currently experiencing temporary issues with processing rent and service charge payments through PayPoint. We're working hard to resolve this as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you can still make a payment by calling us on 0800 121 60 60 and one of our team will assist you.
