What is Togetherall?
Togetherall is a free, confidential online mental health platform where you can access peer support, self-guided courses, and mental health resources. It’s a space where members can share thoughts and feelings in an anonymous and judgement-free environment, knowing that trained professionals are always there to monitor and provide guidance.
Why Use Togetherall?
- Free Access: As a Southern Housing resident, you can access Togetherall completely free of charge
- 24/7 Support: Whether it’s early morning or late at night, Togetherall is available whenever you need it
- Totally anonymous: Sometimes it’s easier to open up when you know no one can identify you. Your privacy is protected, allowing you to share your thoughts openly
- Community Support: Togetherall brings together people from all walks of life who may be experiencing similar challenges. You’re never alone in your journey
- Guided Courses: Togetherall offers a range of self-help courses designed to help you manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health concerns at your own pace.
Emily Bromiley, Head of Partnerships and Growth at Togetherall said, “Togetherall is perfect for individuals who may be feeling more isolated for long or short periods of time or might even be housebound.
“The platform helps you connect with other people and really gain that sense of belonging so that you feel part of a community. The fact you can do that at any time allows you to do it at the point of need.”
