As part of the work, we're making some changes that will impact how you can contact us:
- Our existing MyAccount service will be made permanently unavailable from 8am on Friday 23 May onwards.
- Our current Online Account service will be taken temporarily offline between 9am and midday on Saturday 24 May.
What’s new?
We’ve made some great changes to make your experience with Online Account even better. It’s been made with residents, for residents and we’re so excited to show you.
You’ll be able to make a payment, report a repair, contact us and manage your home, all in one place.
- Your new Online Account has been designed with you in mind - the new look and feel makes it easier to navigate and manage what matters to you.
- We’ve refined forms for a smoother, more consistent experience - helping you get things done quickly and with less hassle.
Online Account makes managing your home easier than ever!
- You're in control - Report repairs online, scheduling in your own appointments at a time that suits you
- Save time – Make payments online directly through Online Account to easily make your rent and service charge payments quickly and easily
There’s more to come…
We’re still working hard to make further improvements to your Online Account. Look out for exciting new features coming later this year, including:
- Access to view your submitted requests
- Our brand-new mobile app, making managing your home even easier.
How do I access my Online Account?
We’re in the process of getting everything set up and ready to go for you. You’ll receive an email by Monday 2 June with details of how you can log in.
Please note: For residents whose home was previously managed by Optivo, the email you receive to login to Online Account will come from noreply.portal@southernhousing.org.uk. Rest assured this is a legitimate email, sent from our partners to gain your access to your new account.
