Please treat our colleagues with courtesy
We know that most residents are respectful when they contact us, or when we visit their homes, and we appreciate that. However, there are times when some conversations become difficult for our colleagues.
Everyone has the right to feel safe and respected at work. While we understand that residents may be upset, we won’t accept behaviour that is abusive, threatening or intimidating.
Examples of unacceptable behaviour include:
- Aggressive or threatening language
- Personal insults or discriminatory comments
- Repeated shouting or swearing
- Harassment, intimidation or bullying
- Excessive contact that prevents us from helping other residents
- Contact through inappropriate channels after being asked to use the correct route.
If this happens, we may take steps to manage future contact in line with our Unacceptable Behaviour Policy and our Anti-Social Behaviour Policy and Procedure.
Help us resolve your issue quickly
Sending concerns directly to individual colleagues can cause delays, particularly when someone is on annual leave, working different hours or away from the business. By contacting our front door team, your enquiry will be logged and tracked properly and be picked up if a colleague is unavailable.
If you need to contact us, click the button below to find out the quickest ways to get in touch with us.
If you're unhappy with our service
We want to know when we've fallen short. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled an issue, you can make a complaint through our complaints process. This gives us the opportunity to investigate what happened, explain what went wrong and learn how we can improve.
For more information about how to make a complaint, click the button below.
Working together with respect
Our residents and colleagues are at the heart of everything we do. By treating each other with respect and using the right contact channels, we can work together to resolve issues as quickly and effectively as possible.
