Why residents love getting involved
Residents tell us they enjoy the flexible, ‘dip in and dip out’ approach with feedback being shared via email or online forms. If you’d like to get involved, you can take part from home, at times that suit you. Being on the Resident Communications Group means:
- You’ll get a chance to view and comment on publications, letters and webpages before they go live
- You’ll be asked to share your thoughts on writing and design
- You’ll help shape real improvements that benefit thousands of residents
- You’ll receive support from our teams.
We also offer alternative, non digital ways to join in, so everyone has the chance to be part of the group.
