Your stamp of approval on our rent booklets

Early in February you’d have received your new rent and estimated service charge booklet. This year’s edition comes with something new and exciting: your stamp of approval from our Comms Panel.

We shared early drafts with the Comms Panel and asked what felt clear, what didn’t, and what would make the booklet easier to use. Residents told us the key information needed to stand out more, so we’ve made the layout cleaner and quicker to navigate. They also wanted the tone to feel more supportive and straightforward, so we’ve simplified the language to make everything easier to understand at a glance.

Panel members also shared practical ideas that made a real difference. Not everyone can scan QR codes, so we’ve added full website links alongside them. They also asked for better spacing and clearer groupings, which has helped the booklet feel calmer and more accessible.

Thanks to the Comms Panel’s feedback, this year’s booklet is clearer, friendlier and genuinely shaped by residents, and now proudly carries our resident approved stamp.
