We’ve restructured our frontline housing teams to give you more localised support. We use a ‘patchless’ housing service model. This means we’ve area-based housing teams instead of individual named Housing Officers. So, we have a team of Housing Officers on hand to support you when you make a request. This means your query gets resolved faster. 

We also have specialist support available if your query needs extra attention. We have dedicated teams ready to help with income support, tenancy sustainment, anti-social behaviour (ASB), and more.

To support our housing teams, each area has a Local Link, working closely with their team to provide more responsive, localised support. The Local Links also work behind the scenes to tackle key issues in your community.
