A big thank you to everyone who took part in our recent Life in Focus survey. We received nearly 6,000 responses, and we really appreciate the time you took to share your experiences and feedback.
Life in Focus helps us build a better understanding of the people and communities we serve. By learning more about residents' circumstances, priorities and experiences, we can make more informed decisions, target support where it's needed most and plan for the future.
Our Research & Insight Team is now reviewing all the responses and working with teams across Southern Housing to:
• Better understand the needs and experiences of our residents
• Identify key themes, trends and emerging challenges
• Inform future priorities, policies and support services
• Help ensure residents' voices are reflected in decision-making.
We'll share our full findings in Spring 2027.
