Welcome to our anniversary special issue of Shine
This year, we’re celebrating 125 years of providing safe, high-quality affordable homes for people in housing need.
As we mark this special milestone, we want to celebrate the people at the heart of our story, our residents.
On this page, you'll meet residents who have overcome challenges, achieved their dreams and made a real difference in their communities. You'll also hear how residents are helping to shape and improve our services for the future. These are their stories, and they’re an important part of our 125-year legacy.
