Over the summer we asked all residents to take part in our Strategic Plan survey. It was an opportunity for residents to share experiences and expectations. Resident feedback is directly influencing our future plans and helping us deliver the best possible services.
We’re incredibly grateful for your input. Over 5,000 residents shared their views, alongside 2,000 further suggestions contributed by residents and colleagues through workshops, drop-in sessions, and staff surveys.
Resident feedback highlighted several key themes that we need to prioritise in the coming years:
- Better, proactive communication - keeping residents informed and making it easier to schedule appointments.
- A responsive repairs service - with faster, more efficient actions and improved follow-up.
- Easy access to information - especially around tenancy and property details.
- Faster resolution of queries and complaints - ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
We’ve now combined your insights to shape our strategy and develop a clear action plan. The next steps include a review by our Leadership Team and our Board. We'll keep you updated on our progress and will share the 2026-2030 strategy with you when we launch it in April 2026.
