As part of our Building Safety Survey Programme, we’ll ask for your thoughts from time to time. When there's a live consultation, it'll be shared here.

We're currently working through phase two of our programme and are contacting affected residents to share their feedback. If you've been impacted by the surveys, you will receive an invite to share your thoughts.
Previous consultations
July 2026 - We invited residents to let us know what times they'd like our contractors to be on site, and offered residents the opportunity to volunteer for a survey in their home, while we redecorate. We're analysing the results and will share these soon.
December 2025 - We invited residents to share their feedback on phase 1 of the BSSP, we received five responses.
December 2025 - we consulted residents of Dawson Heights on the smoke and heat detection they've in place, 26% residents responded.
August 2025 - we invited residents to feedback on what times they'd like our contractors to be on site, the most popular response was 9am-5pm.
