- The potential for bus stops on Stonehouse Drive and within the upper part of the site.

Idea 3

- A greater number of houses, balanced by apartments and maisonettes
- Less overall open space than Ideas 1 and 2
- A new north to south road introduced through the site to improve connectivity.
