We’ve been working closely with our residents at Mount Pleasant in Bracknell to deliver improvements to their building.
We visited 187 homes at Mount Pleasant in January, speaking to 60 residents and leaving 127 calling cards, inviting feedback about any concerns we can address.
We held a residents’ meeting later that month and have been working through repair issues raised, including damp and mould cases and installing extractor fans where needed.
We’re pleased to have made great progress as we look to ensure everyone is living in a home where they feel comfortable, warm, and safe.
We know there’s still much more to do, and we’ll continue to work with residents to resolve all outstanding issues.
