If you’re struggling, please get in touch. The earlier you talk to us, the more we can do to help. Our Customer Accounts Officers can support you with managing your rent, checking your benefit entitlements, and exploring options like discretionary payments.
We also have a Financial Support Team who provide support when circumstances change, such as changes to your income, illness, redundancy, or retirement.
They can help with budgeting, reducing bills, and they can look for external grants to help with essential items.
You can also get free, independent advice from Citizens Advice or StepChange if you are struggling with debts.
