Maisie is the first female apprentice within Direct Services, joining us in 2025 as a Level 2 Property Maintenance Apprentice.
It’s a big step forward for a traditionally male-dominated field.
Working as a Multi Trade Operative while completing her apprenticeship, Maisie is building her skills on the job every day.
She’s quickly developed strong foundations and growing confidence in applying them in real situations.
