The Partnerships Team manage over 1000 supported and temporary housing properties across London, Kent, Sussex, and Hampshire.
We work with managing agents and third-party support providers who deliver specialist services in our supported housing schemes and homes across the community.
We work closely with local authorities, the NHS, and other partners, and deliver intensive housing management to support people to live in their homes long term or to access temporary housing and then move on to more independent accommodation.
We offer temporary housing options in schemes with shared living facilities and individual accommodation.

Our residents are nominated to our homes through local authority social care teams as well as homelessness prevention teams.
