The Partnerships Team manage over 1000 supported and temporary housing properties across London, Kent, Sussex, and Hampshire.
Our partners
Managing agents and third-party support providers help us deliver specialist services in our supported housing schemes and homes across the community.
We also work closely with local authorities, the NHS, and other partners, to support people to live in their homes in the long term, or to access temporary housing or move into independent accommodation.
We offer temporary housing options in schemes with shared living facilities and individual accommodation.
