Service charge update (June and July 2026)

We’re sending around 13,000 actual service charge booklets for 2023 to 2024 to residents in June and July 2026.

Each year, we send residents an estimate of their service charges. After the financial year ends, we compare the actual costs with that estimate and let them know how this affects their service charge account.
